A commissar skin for rebel. For those devout followers who want to die for the emperor (or make their guardsmen die for Him). Purge the mutant, kill the xenos!
Complete with guardsman allies. The portrait is made by an artist of https://regimental-standard.com, all credits are for him. The skin was made by YellowAfterlifes autosik mod.
An ork skin for steroids is in progress, and im open to other suggestions as well.

Install instructions
Decompress it to the mods folder, load with "/load comissar".

I have misspelled commissar in the file. I am sorry. The right load command is: "/load comissar" as it is stated in the description.
